Big Butterfly Month

  Butterfly Journal Contest The Wild Journal!!   A time to nurture yourself through nature. Nature is filled with amazing things to  discover at every turn… but it’s also incredibly complex! The result of writing things down is that you instantly see new perspectives and think of new questions to ask… Nature Journaling not only brings out the artist in you, but also your eye and love for details when documenting nature. A story, a poem or song be creative in the way you document nature and send us your best work!   Butterfly Lifecycle Contest  Let’s make the Butterfly Month this September more interesting! The life cycle of a butterfly is truly amazing. Each of the four stages are very unique to individual species of butterflies which is part of what makes watching butterflies so much fun. Chronicle the various stages in the life cycle of our fluttering friends from the butterfly laying an egg on its host plant to the emergence of another butterfly from the pupa through photos, blogs, videos, and write-ups.  Understand one of nature’s marvellous feats first hand and share it with us!  (No age group restrictions, contest Open for all!) If you’ve been itching to use your cameras and smartphones to create your own videos on 'EVERYTHING BUTTERFLIES'? - Come be a part of the celebration!  (No age group restrictions, contest Open for all! ) Prizes to be won!  Contest Guidelines  1. We kickstart this month by inviting entries for the Butterfly Photography Contest to celebrate butterflies and their presence in our lives!  (No age group restrictions, contest Open for all! ) Prizes to be won!  Contest Guidelines   1.
